I was just reading through the reviews for this book before making the decision to get it, and one of the reviews struck my eye. It harps on the book having the wrong concept of the keto diet and how it is used in conjunction with intermittent fasting. Even with that single blotch, I figured I would give this book a go since it looked to be giving pretty interesting and solid content. This book has quite a bit of what you need to know about intermittent fasting , and especially how it works for women. Good one there and I am glad.
