One of the best books ever on self-discipline
I’d say hands down, that this is one of the best books ever on self-discipline. I’ve read a couple of books by famous authors and they were good too but I particularly loved the writing style of this author.

Masterpiece
This book is a masterpiece and for 14.95 bucks, this book is a no-brainer. Because self-discipline is the missing key to your weight loss success. It’s not the diet or the weight loss plan itself that’s the problem, it’s lack of self-discipline. Listening to this book should teach you how to fix that problem.

Listen to this over and over again
A thing I’ve learned is that to be very competent in something like “self-discipline”, you have to listen to things over and over again. I believe that this is one of those books worth mastering. If you listen to this over and over again and really apply the info, then I can really see you on the train to successfully losing weight!

Voice is exceptional
