Great series! I got attached to the characters and hope there might be another sequel in the future!

I would have preferred a full length novel. I was excited to see a sequel but this feels like a little teasing snack rather than a fully satisfying meal. I hope there’s much more Oracle to come.

Christopher Eccelston has a nice voice and a great accent, but the lack of any tonal differentiation between characters really detracted from my overall enjoyment of the story. He’s better suited to non-fiction books that don’t really need inflection and expression.

I’m not even sure what to say. I just finished this book and my mind is still reeling. Amazing. Crazy. Captivating. I must explore other books by this author!

Although this is a work of fiction, it is all too easy to imagine similar in humane treatment of those perceived to be mentally ill during the early 1900's. Psychiatric medicine has improved, but the stigma and shame continue to be far too common.
