This book is amazing! Tolle’s voice can sometimes be a combination of soothing and monotonous - however - the power if realizing. noW (the present ) is really all that matters is life changing . It is something that is so easy and often so difficult ! Tolle’s approach and philosophy is easy to understand and apply and truly makes one view life so differently . A life changer
The past is just that- learn the lesson and move on - the future will come whether you worry or not so don’t ! Just live in the moment and love yourself enough to know things are always working out exactly as they should !
