Quirky reader, but got past that and enjoyed this.

What did you love best about Unbeatable Mind: Forge Resiliency and Mental Toughness to Succeed at an Elite Level (Third Edition: Updated & Revised)?
The author outlines a process that makes sense and is replicable by anyone to master being resilient.
What do you think the narrator could have done better?
The narrator had some very peculiar pronunciations. I understand that his voice was very calm and appropriate for the subject matter, but it was a little distracting.
What insight do you think you’ll apply from Unbeatable Mind: Forge Resiliency and Mental Toughness to Succeed at an Elite Level (Third Edition: Updated & Revised)?
There are lots of great suggestions, but the "box breathing" is easily the best.

Story
Living with Intent is a chronicle of Mallika Chopra’s search to find more meaning, joy, and balance in life. She hopes that by telling her story, she can inspire others with her own successes (and failures) as well as share some of the wisdom she has gathered from friends, experts, and family along the way — people like her dad, Deepak, as well as Eckhart Tolle, Marianne Williamson, Arianna Huffington, Andrew Weil, and Dan Siegel. She also provides a practical road map for how we can all move from thought to action to outcome.

As a 44 year old, married mother of two, this book gave me some perspective that I'll always cherish. (And you don't have to be into meditation to appreciate its wisdom!) Though now I might give it a try...
