Pandemic leads to traction for natural cures!

Thank you Mark Sloan for continuing to educate - those of us who are open-minded & believe there are many natural ways to overcome disease. Noticed a few negative reviews on narration with Graham Dunlop. I've listened to hundreds of audiobook narrators. I thought he did a fantastic job narrating! These Audible-phile critics must live near perfect lives idk!

Hard truths but what we choose not to learn is killing us one bite at a time. We are the wealthiest country in the world but despite our intellect and abundant resources, the unhealthiest as well. We run to modern medicine to treat our symptoms but stay comfy in our denial of the root causes meanwhile health insurance costs soar! Let's budget better, buy a gym membership and better, more nutrient dense food. Pay now or pay later with our health. What do we actually have if we don't take care of ourselves? C'mon Gen Z'ers, listen up, you are the future. Get wise now and away from the sheep. For the rest of us older folk it's time to get out of the slumber our diets and sedentary lifestyles have manifested! It's not too late to make these changes! Read this book and begin taking practical, small steps as it suggests! This especially goes for the many of us that no longer have the average steps involved in going to the office everyday. We go from bedroom to bathroom to kitchen to home office meanwhile getting closer and closer to obesity and type 2 diabetes. The pandemic's over, let's get going!

It'd be great if Hollywood would pick this up. Love Jack Reacher but starting to like this guy better. Rosenberg proves you can have a high intensity storyline without unnecessary sex scenes and language.
