Wish my husband would’ve read this before he blew up our family
Reviewed: 02-07-24
I found the title of this book, while I have been researching narcissism. Even though my husband blew up our family three years ago, I decided to read this book, it was amazing to hear that a lot of the things he did were right out of the chapters of this book. There were times I ended up crying as I could see where this book could’ve helped him. It is way too late for our relationship, but I urge other women and men, to read this book with an open mind in an open heart that might be able to save theirs relationship. Thank you to the author for all of his efforts and his time.

One of the best

This is one of the best books about narcissistic abuse, understanding what it is, and how to heal from it. I would recommend this book to anyone. It goes hand-in-hand with the book gaslighting and the book the passive, aggressive, covert narcissist. I’m so thankful I found this book, as it really hits home with what you go through and experience. It is also good for a family member to read to understand what you have been through highly recommend.

Good book even for the grief of divorce
Reviewed: 10-28-22
I learned a lot from this book. My grief is from a death of a marriage…a divorce. I can relate to a lot of the things people say trying to “help” you feel better. A great book for anyone with grief.

This book is very good. Not only do you learn about the narcissist but you also learn about why YOU may have put up with it. I had at least 3 Ah-Ha moments. I re-listened to some chapters just so I could really absorb it. I will recommend this book to anyone who is stuck, confused or going through a hard time.
