I deeply enjoyed Mindy’s book. As a woman who has had many health crises in my 33 years of life, I want to understand what is going on and how to help the issues. This book provides the path for women to understand what is going on in their bodies, and also pushes you out of the comfort zone to be better. My mom and I intermittent fast and learn something new every time. There is a right and a wrong way to fast and Mindy explains things in such a clear and informative way that I find understandable and fascinating. Totally recommend!

I absolutely loved this book! Tolstoy has the ability to tell a story about normal people in such a deep and emotional way. Highly recommend to everyone. Yes it’s long but it’s so worth it! The length helps you build a relationship with these characters and so what happens to them is so impactful. I loved Levin and Kitty!

Separated by the war from their beloved parents, these "little women" struggle to find their place in the world.

And it did not disappoint! A beautiful well written, deep, compassionate, wholesome, treasure of a story. Highly recommend and the reader did a splendid job!

Absolutely enjoyed this book! I am a musician and have been writing since I was a kid, but I have been discouraged because no one really listens. But Jeff taught me that none of that matters! Create in any form for yourself and stop trying to impress, just express. I recommend this to everyone who just needs to create. New favorite book and maybe person.
