Alan is very thorough and informative. I enjoyed learning the latest science regarding health and fitness. He broke each subject down clearly and it was easy to understand. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to take their fitness level to new heights with the understanding of macronutrients and how our bodies utilize them.

I loved the latest information on our current situation for health and vitality. I did not like how she says if you're getting murdered, you should enjoy your last moments on earth. That's just bat**it crazy for her to say something like that. I have to keep the good and toss that insane statement. I wonder if she'd enjoy getting raped and murdered. I refuse to recommend this book to my friends and family just because of her view on that situation and what she said. Yikes.

I was always fearful of putting money in the stock market, as my dad had a bad experience with one stock. This book let me know that if I do it in a simple strategic manner, over a period of years, I will likely come out with a nice nest egg when it is time to retire. Thank you for helping me get over the fear and misconception!! I am passing this book on to my two sons who are in their 20's. This is GOLD.
