I loved this book!

The book everyone in America should tead!

Everything you need to know about the state of food and products in the US, along with how to combat them and live a better life, summed up in an easily digestible format. Cannot recommend this enough!

Best health book out there!

This Confirmed what I already knew, but then add so much more plus real Science and easy action steps. It has changed my thoughts on healthy loving from “Should do, but it’s hard” to “Must do, but it’s easy” loved this book!

100% true

This book summarizes everything I already knew through extensive research, and i am so glad that finally a medical doctor put it all together into a book everyone can benefit from. I only wish that the author also pointed out that “sugar free” means it probably has maltodextrin instead, and i wish the author talked about carageenan and other substances that are being added to foods that seemingly are “health foods” but actually cause insulin resistance, because a lot of people do not know this either, and its killing Americans.
