Loved the world building
Reviewed: 01-12-24
The story and narrator were excellent. It had hot erotic scenes, but I didn't expect to love the world building in it. The world building was a nice added gem.

Story
When James learns that an uncle he hasn’t heard from in ages has left him something in his will, he figures that the least he can do is head down to Cornwall for a weekend to honor the old man’s parting wishes. He finds the family home filled with half-remembered guests and unwanted memories, but more troubling is that his uncle has tasked his heirs with uncovering the truth behind a woman’s disappearance 20 years earlier. Leo’s of the opinion that rich people aren’t to be trusted where wills are concerned. So he does what any sensible spy would do and infiltrates the party.

Nice historical gay romance
Reviewed: 01-07-24
I enjoyed those title more than I thought I would. I love period pieces foe gay romance, but was a bit of a whodunit, and I'm not necessarily a fan of those. However, I did still enjoy it, and it had a great performance by the voice actor. The couple was cute, and I rooted for them the whole way. Nice little happy ending too.

Was alright for a shifter story
Reviewed: 10-04-19
Once I found out this was a shifter story, I nearly passed on it. I decided that I'd give it a chance though, and the voice actor's voice was nice, but it just kinda became foolish with the over the top deep voices for some characters. I know that is a common attraction for most people, for men to have deep voices, but not when its forced to the point of sounding like a muppet, or Yoda. And to be fair, for a shifter/werebeast story, it was alright, but I kinda got over vampires and werewolves, etc... when I was a teen. So the cliches were very hard for me to bare, especially since I enjoy free will to be the reason why they found true love, not fate/destiny. There was way too much alpha male/submissive male dialogue in the story (though I know that seems to go hand in hand with werebeasts stories), it tends to get ridiculous. I like multifaceted characters that can be both strong and weak, but the cliche alpha male role and submissive is kinda hard from which to get much. Therefore, if you enjoy these cliches, you'll love this story, if not, it may not be for you.

Nearly brought me to tears
Reviewed: 08-01-19
This book was not that long, but beautifully written and wonderfully recorded. I was glad that this book dealt with hard and brutal topics, and I was quite impressed with the care that was taken to write about it. This story was so beautiful, romantic, erotic, and sincere that I nearly cried. This book is the first in a long while to invite such strong emotion from me, and I loved every minute of the journey.

Story
Lawrence Browne, the Earl of Radnor, is mad. At least that's what he and most of the village believes. A brilliant scientist, he hides himself away in his family's crumbling estate, unwilling to venture into the outside world. When an annoyingly handsome man arrives at Penkellis, claiming to be Lawrence's new secretary, his carefully planned world is turned upside down.

I loved the characters, story, humor, and narration in this audible book. My only complaint is i would've liked at least one more erotic scene at the end. I feel like the very end wrapped up too quickly.

Story
Four years ago, Logan Mitchell walked into Tate's life and challenged him to see it differently. He dared Tate to try a kiss when normally he wouldn't have. He begged him to take a chance when he probably shouldn't have. But most importantly, he asked Tate to trust that he would love him, and he did. From that moment on, Tate realized exactly what his life had been missing - Logan.

This conclusion in the temptation series really does make it worth every second you choose to read and continue Tate and Logan's journey. Great end to a great series. I love these two dearly, so it's great to send their tale off with a bang.

Story
It's been four years since Logan Mitchell walked into Tate's life and irrevocably changed it. Four years since the sexy as sin lawyer dared him to try, and four years since Tate won his love. Now, as they approach the next chapter of their lives Logan is determined they won't end up like many of their friends. Settled. Domestic. Boring. However, that's easier said than done. With busy careers and working odd hours, finding time for one another is becoming increasingly difficult.

I love these boys and what they get up to. As usual, the sex scenes are hot and it's great to see their lives unfold. I felt that this book was a little shorter than the last books, but still it's a great read. Ends with a little bit of a cliffhanger, so I hope it covers the two major events mentioned at the end in the next book.:)
