Supernatural Bounty Hunter isn’t the sort of thing you see on LinkedIn. But with a rare type of magic like mine, I don’t have many options. So dangerous or not, the job is mine. And it was going fine, until an old as sin vampire stole my mark, and with it, my pay day.

In the war for control of the galaxy between the armies of the dark side and the Republic, former Jedi Master turned ruthless Sith Lord Count Dooku has grown ever more brutal in his tactics. Despite the powers of the Jedi and the military prowess of their clone army, the sheer number of fatalities is taking a terrible toll. And when Dooku orders the massacre of a flotilla of helpless refugees, the Jedi Council feels it has no choice but to take drastic action: targeting the man responsible for so many war atrocities, Count Dooku himself.

Almost perfect
Reviewed: 10-06-19
One of the best Star Wars stories of all time, with one flaw. Why do writers think they have to kill off a major character all the time?? Most of the book is spent building up the wonderful relationship between Ventress and Vos, just to kill her off at the end?? Would it have been so bad to let them have their happily ever after? It ruined the ending for me, it was just like so many other endings, i wish writers would stop being so cold. Other than the disappointing ending, this was an awesome experience. As usual, Marc Thompson brought the characters and action scenes to life with his amazing narration, he really is the best narrator ever. I was captivated through the entire book, up until the unsatisfying ending.

This has to be the most boring book i have encountered on audible. The narrator just droned on, theres no background music or sound effects at all. Basically good if you need something to put you to sleep.

FAV SERIES GREAT READER
Reviewed: 05-28-17
love this author. He can keep you going without all the horror, blood, torture, and rape that everybody else seems to think is so necessary. This series has a great flow, the characters are well rounded and interesting, with new characters coming in with every new book. You get to see children grow into awesome individuals. The Stryx are fun and engaging and I love watching them evolve. I have reread the entire series at least 3 times this year and it never gets old. So happy that audible is doing them as well. The reader is really good. She doesn't go over the top with the voices, but keeps everything and everybody realistically distinct. She has a good flow that keeps everything pleasant without pitting you to sleep. Definitely recommend this entire series to everybody, I truly believe it has universal appeal. great for kids or adults.

What did you love best about Tell Em Steve Dave Fair-re-re Tale Theater?
I love when the TESD crew sit down to have some fun. Walt puts so much effort into giving us a good time, and it shows.
What other book might you compare Tell Em Steve Dave Fair-re-re Tale Theater to and why?
There is no comparison to any other book. These are a group of friends sitting down and having fun with a couple of story's
What does the narrators bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
The fun and joy they have sitting around bullshitting about these stories makes everything 1000 times better
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I laughed so hard so many times I was almost told to put my head phones away ( I listen at work)
Any additional comments?
THIS IS NOT FOR CHILDREN. THIS IS NOT FOR PRUDES. THIS IS NOT FOR THE FAR RIGHT. This is made by adults for adults and as such includes a great amount of "foul" language as well as talk about sexual situations ( as in terms of the classic fairytales which had some pretty bad situations in them). DO NOT READ IF YOU ARE EASILY OFFENDED

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
Oh yes, this book is one of the best of all time.
What did you like best about this story?
Robert Jordan made such a detailed original world. The detail really make you believe.
How could the performance have been better?
I dont think the voices were the best. The gentlman had some trouble making the females believable, He had super great pronounction though, he really made that come alive. But after awhile, you got kinda of bored, you could see that he wasn't really into the story. It was also a little annoying how the lady only read for one part. She only read twice, and when she did, it through off the rythem of listening.
Was The Eye of the World worth the listening time?
I don't know. I know that I haven't bothered to listen to it again.
Any additional comments?
I love this series. It is my all time favorite, but I wont be buying anymore of it from here.
