Wish it had more practice steps but overall gave me a great deal of information in regards to looking inwards towards loving myself and in turn learning to spread that love to others.

I’m a individual trying to get better with myself. Not only for me but for my relationship and my family. This is a great book that brings perspective from a different angle. Very relatable with the couple she uses as examples.
