Story
The galaxy is doomed. Monkeys may be clever and too stubborn to give up, but Skippy The Idiot Who Got Played knows the harsh truth: this is a fight he can’t win. The odds are not only stacked against him, he was designed not to win this fight. Maybe he can salvage some faint memory of the civilizations that inhabit the galaxy, but those beings are doomed. Doomed. Including the Merry Band of Pirates.

Story
Civil war looms in the Bobiverse in this brand-new, epic-length adventure by Audible number one best seller Dennis E. Taylor. More than a hundred years ago, Bender set out for the stars and was never heard from again. There has been no trace of him despite numerous searches by his clone-mates. Now Bob is determined to organize an expedition to learn Bender’s fate - whatever the cost. But nothing is ever simple in the Bobiverse. Bob’s descendants are out to the 24th generation now, and replicative drift has produced individuals who can barely be considered Bobs anymore.

What did you love best about The Extinction Cycle Boxed Set?
I loves how you get to know all the characters so well. You really get anxiety when they are in danger. So detailed
What other book might you compare The Extinction Cycle Boxed Set to and why?
This is the best book if gotten from audible. I tried Tom Clancy books but some were just not that good and kinda disappointing. So this is kinda like that as it deals with military but on a different level and a lot more interesting. Not that I don't like Tom Clancy rainbow six is a great listen.
Which character – as performed by Bronson Pinchot – was your favorite?
My favorite is Msgt bechom. I love how you get to know his back story and how he leads his team and treats them like family
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
When Riley was injured and wasn't able to be on the team but he was given the duty of watching over the base and got his confidence back and his team reassured him that they were not disappointed in him but still thought of him as a crucial part of the team even though he was not able to do missions with him anymore
Any additional comments?
Great book you will not be disappointed. I will be reading all of the books in this series.
