I miss my Ransom
Reviewed: 08-09-22
I just finished the last in this book series and already I miss my Lord Ransom. Ingeniously crafted through the writings of Jeff Wheeler, Ransom and Claire became an integral part of my decompression time driving home after work. I couldn't wait to listen daily. A well written action packed, intriguing, magical, and historical love story, it leaves the reader wanting for nothing no matter their age. Looking forward to the next series.

good storyline, nice twist at end
Reviewed: 08-26-21
the dichotomy between the main characters develops well with a suspenseful and interesting twist at the end. the performance was lacking some emotions and the rate of speech on the one character sometimes makes it difficult to understand what is being said.

Story
Quantum physicist Matt Bronik is suffering from strange, violent seizures that medical science seems powerless to explain - much to the consternation of his wife, Brigid. Matt doesn't think these fits could be related to his research, which he has always described as benign and esoteric. That, it turns out, is not quite true: Matt has been prodding the mysteries of the quantum universe, with terrible repercussions for his health. And perhaps even for humanity as a whole.

This was an interesting concept to the story at the beginning. Written slightly above average. I enjoyed the dual readers to give more diversity to the characters. The ending was an interesting twist...if you dont pay attention to the story. otherwise you may guess it before the ending. B+

The storyline was decent, a few plot twist at the end that could have been developed better to make it more suspenseful. Reader left much to be desired in her lack of voice inflection, emotions, or changes in characters.
