I've listened to Tony's Money: Master the Game and thought it was spot on and would help 100% of his followers. This book is only helpful for the 1% of the 1% and is kind of a tribute to a few of the richest men in the world.

99% of Tony's people seeking help will never get access to his recommended alternatives, in my opinion.

I appreciate that Ms. Norton brings to light the issues surrounding Oxalate and the problems with a plant-based diet. But the book is very repetitive and she loses credibility, in my opinion, by listing dozens and dozens of physical and mental diseases associated with high Oxalate diets.

The section on Oxalate 'Clearing' if true would make no sense for a normal person to ever go to a low oxalate diet. I'm sure it makes sense if you have kidney stones and are in very bad health drinking spinach almond milk smoothies.

In the end she goes over vitamins, diets, and eating issues which is very confusing.

Truly not sure there is a real recommendation and path forward after listening to the book outside of staying away from spinach almond milk smoothies.

A Must Read For Any Leader Driving Innovation

Dr. Giles has taken a very complex and important value creation topic for both start-ups and corporations, Innovation, and offers the key fundamental competencies required for success.

The book provides the reader a simple framework, backed by clinical research, that an organization needs its leaders to Trust, Create A Sense of Belonging, and a Culture of Learning to truly set the foundation for Innovation.

I reflect on my own experiences at 3M, Accenture and Shell and now appreciate the strong culture that drives those highly successful organizations to innovate. I also have experienced within start-ups and companies, leaders who lacked the basic competency of trust, which hindered their ability to innovate and get to the next level.

The Audible book was a great why to learn the details of Dr. Giles research and insights.
