Tylenol doping scandal!

maybe I misunderstood, I thought he referenced a lot more than what was included in the PDF?

definitely going to try performance enhancing Tylenol and the caffeine prep next race

Excellent!

If your purpose is to improve your ability to run, you do need to eat better and this book cover most of it. Isn’t simple but effective.

Great Content, NO tables in PDF

Audible is very good, BUT there are no PDF tables for reference outside of training programs which is not helpful

His one rule diet is about 4000 rules.

His nutritional information is out of date and arbitrary. His rules are also arbitrary. He said it’s a one rule diet. But it’s written like an attorney with 4000 sub rules. It is way too complex to pretend it’s simple.
