Story
In Unbreakable, Jay Glazer talks directly to you, his teammates, and shares his truth. All the success from his screeching-and-swerving joy ride through professional football, the media, the MMA fighting world, Hollywood, the military-warrior community, comes with a side of relentless depression and anxiety. Living in the gray, as Jay calls it, is just a constant for him.

Amazing w/1 side note

I am so thankful Jay decided to write a book like this. I know so many people think depression is more of a woman’s thing, and it is so important for the men and veterans in the world to see that it’s not just a woman thing, it’s not just something to push through on your own, you need teammates. And it is those relationships with teammates that make our lives worth living. I appreciate Jay for bringing that out and for the work he’s done at MVP and unbreakable to spread that message.

Story
The Cahills of San Francisco are famous for two things: their vast wealth, and the scandals that surround them. Murder, greed, deadly ambition...some people will do anything to get, and keep, the Cahills' kind of money. Not that James Cahill wants any of it. He's tried to make his own way, less interested in a future inheritance than in his construction company - and in enjoying the many women taken in by the easy charms of a handsome, soon-to-be-rich bad boy.

Twins, separated at birth. An obsession that added nothing to the story. A detective that got “images” when he touch people’s belongings. Certainly not what I expected after the first two. I only finished because I finish what I start. I now regret the time I could have been reading something else.

Although the speakers did a good job, the fact the second book was written from each persons perspective and voiced by a different read was not a change I was happy about. The story is good. Not sure how there can be a third book.

It’s been awhile since I went through an audiobook this fast. Loved the string female lead. Loved that it wasn’t timid. It was what I would do in that situation.

Why are some people and organizations more innovative, more influential, and more profitable than others? Why do some command greater loyalty from customers and employees alike? Even among the successful, why are so few able to repeat their successes over and over? People like Martin Luther King Jr., Steve Jobs, and the Wright Brothers might have little in common, but they all started with why.

Story
Howard Carter has just made one of the great discoveries of all time, the unveiling of Tutankhamun's tomb. At the same time, Egyptologist Ralph Trilipush finds himself in a slightly less spectacular position. He has staked everything on a scrap of hieroglyphic pornography. Halfway around the world, an Australian detective sets off on a globetrotting quest to find a murderer. Or two. Or three. These events, seemingly unrelated, are about to collide in a spectacular yet utterly unpredictable fashion.
