I love Kat Blackthorne! She has done it again, mystery. Suspense. Characters you love and care about so much. Amazing twists and turns all around! And I absolutely love how queer inclusive this book was. Orcus did a fantastic job narrating and bringing Kat’s incredible story to life! A Halloween fantasy book I will definitely read again.

Spicy monster f*cker sapphic romance!

Kat Blackthorne, you’ve done it! This was pretty dang spicy! And I LOVED it!!! The narrator was amazing! There’s also really fun (and very spicy) sound effects so it’s almost, like a dramatized version, but with only one narrator instead of a full cast. It’s fantastic! If you listen to this Audible tried to play chapter 1 first and skip the prologue and the title and trigger warnings. Listen to the trigger warnings! A big one is there are a LOT of snakes in this book. And I absolutely loved them!

Goddamn. Ruby Roe does it again! Vampires, sex clubs, spicy scenes everywhere, and an addictive romance in more ways than one. I will forever read this vampire smut. But beware the ending will rip out your heart, you will then find yourself saying thank you for this heart ripping experience. But you will absolutely HAVE to start reading the next book right away. At least, right after finding Ruby Roe, and cursing her out for causing this torment to your soul. Also, thank you for tormenting my soul. I have thoroughly enjoyed every second of my own misery.

Fun story, well represented kink. Not any super intense kink scenes. Great slow burn enemies to lovers but with spice ALLLLLL the way throughout. It’s a dom/sub relationship from both characters point of views. And OMG Jenny Nordback is one of the sexiest narrators I’ve ever listened to and I listen to 3 books a week. Oh and no male characters have any sex scenes it’s all F/F

Loved it, great fantasy world, great world building. I enjoyed the narrator. But this is a slow burn! I was slowly tortured waiting for the spice lol and there’s only about 2 spice scenes. Still worth the read! Can’t wait for the next one with more dragons!

This came highly recommended from some fellow sapphic fantasy readers and it did not disappoint! I would call this about a three out of five spice level, and definitely a slow burn. Great friendship to lovers romance, great fantasy world, fun twists, and cool shapeshifting world! The narrator was great and she had a very talented and soothing voice!
