Power Pop... well my interpretation of Power pop. It may include psychedelic pop, indie pop and some songs that I just like. Who doesn't hate these titles? These are more mainstream songs that are generally shorter in length and thus 'radio friendly'.

A great selection of pop, about half of which I somehow missed when they were in rotation. Local DJs fine tuning my life I guess. Somehow these songs brought back memories of ‘Cold Outside’ by the Choir. Thanks Joe, great show.

Sounds True, Tara Brach or Audible.
Whoever is responsible for the relentless pop up prompts on MY app, please stop.
I’ve written reviews, bought products, and even tried calling audible. Stop, stop, stop.

Story
When we seek comfort and relief from stress, Tara Brach teaches, we often unconsciously turn to false refuges such as material wealth, approval from others, or a preoccupation with the past and future. Yet by cultivating true refuge in this moment, not only can we find shelter from the storms of life but we also open ourselves up to fully experiencing joy and fulfillment. Here, Tara Brach guides a meditation using the therapeutic R.A.I.N. process for releasing fear and healing through self-compassion.

This is a great exercise and I either listen to it or practice it in on my own several times a day.
However, I’m writing this in hopes that requests for a review will stop popping up every time I open this app.
