Truly Transformative

Tara’s voice and tenderness really hold a space for transformation from a grounded and centered insightful perspective. I simply drop into this experience with her and listen to this whenever I’m feeling overwhelmed by the world inside & around me.

Very soothing; helps if you have practiced some mindfulness mindful

Tara's voice is spacious. In addition to the very simple, yet clear instructions, she gives a personal example from her own life that helps make this easy to relate to. I like following her on her website as well. She continues to support mindful practices weekly.

Clear, calming, helpful meditation!

As always, Tara’s meditation is wonderful! This is a great meditation to always have downloaded to play whenever needed. It’s very clear in directions and purpose, very calming, and helpful with practice. I’m so grateful to have this as a tool to help me grow through very difficult times.

Life altering

A mindful process of how to be present with difficult emotions or experiences. Tara Brach's calming, soothing, and nurturing voice and demeanor give this thoughtful meditation an added poignancy unparalleled to any other guided meditation I frequent. Much gratitude and many blessings to her.

You do feel some peace with this process

I’m going through a really difficult time right now where I feel a deep sense of pain because the man I was seeing just ghosted me. I haven’t been able to concentrate or be without distractions without feeling like my heart is going to explode. I knew doing this meditation would help get some relief and it did. I do a similar meditation where I sit with and feel my feelings, I do this on my own without guide. After seeing so many of Tara’s YouTube videos + hearing her audiobooks I knew this guided meditation would help me a lot. I feel a little lighter and my heart a little more open. I’m going to continue listening to this over and over again ❤️

Beautiful Breakthrough

I love Tara’s work and figured I would give this meditation a go as my morning mindfulness. I got such a wonderful breakthrough on a major theme of feeling flawed. The RAN method as given me the opportunity to look at this limiting belief with such loving kindness that it is now listened. I feel lighter and happier. Giving thanks to Tara and for this practice.

Easily Accessible

The RAIN acronym is a hidden gem taught by many Mindfulness teachers , usually within the context of a greater Mindfulness practice. This isolation of RAIN allows you to apply healing- exactly where it hurts.

Wonderful teaching. Tara is amazing but the production is subpar, especially considering the teaching is based in mindfulness.

Tara is amazing. Her voice is soothing and her teachings are wonderful.

However, there are noises picked up in the mic here that are coming form maybe a shuffling bracelet or necklace or some paper. It also sounds like it could be smacking from her lips. Perhaps she just needed to drink some water between/during takes.

For anyone new to meditation, mindfulness etc., this could be incredibly distracting and I am surprised the producers or engineers didn’t pick it up.
