Interesting

The storyline was detailed and I enjoyed seeing winnow and kitt flourish. however, what really threw me off was her brother, Forrest. he was only part of the beginning and didn’t return until til the ending. Yes I feel sorry for him , I really do. But wtf. Now winnow is gonna have to take care of her brother and get him a lot of help. Not only that but poor kitt was dragged to the underworld and yes I’m glad he’s alive but what about Marisol and Attie ? I have so many questions… which is why I gave this a 4.

Story
Nesta Archeron has always been prickly-proud, swift to anger, and slow to forgive. And ever since being forced into the Cauldron and becoming High Fae against her will, she's struggled to find a place for herself within the strange, deadly world she inhabits. Worse, she can't seem to move past the horrors of the war with Hybern and all she lost in it. The one person who ignites her temper more than any other is Cassian, the battle-scarred warrior whose position in Rhysand and Feyre's Night Court keeps him constantly in Nesta's orbit. But her temper isn't the only thing Cassian ignites.

WOW. Not the ending I was expecting but definitely heartfelt. nesta has not only grown but has healed herself from within. She worked through her emotions as best as she could. She used all that hate and all that anger to fight for herself. not gonna lie , nesta was not my favorite. She had a lot of inner self issues she needed to desperately work on but at the end she freed herself from all the burden, hate, disappointment & accepted love, peace & grace. Truly incredible. I’m sad that the series is done. But I hope SJM can continue this series! 10/10 for me ❤️

The book was so good! I loved how much tension there was between the characters and how the book ended. Can’t wait to read the next!

Story
Alex Volkov is a devil blessed with the face of an angel and cursed with a past he can't escape. Driven by a tragedy that has haunted him for most of his life, his ruthless pursuits for success and vengeance leave little room for matters of the heart. But when he's forced to look after his best friend's sister, he starts to feel something in his chest. Ava Chen is a free spirit trapped by nightmares of a childhood she can't remember. But despite her past, she's never stopped seeing the beauty in the world . . . including the heart beneath the icy exterior of a man she shouldn't want.

Definitely twisted

The book had a lot of twists that had me gasping. I live for the DRAMA and the drama was giving! Haha I think the story was great! I wish the ending included that they got engaged or so forth but I’m sure that the next books will be great as well. The voice actor for Alex was so good, I will say something it made me feel sleepy because of how low it got. But regardless, it was great! Side note: I need an Alex in my life. lol

Over the book was GREAT! I loved the different twists and turns. I was not expecting the end but it turned out a very dark love story.
