To summarize it all, if you want a healthy, long, energetic, and disease-free life, you need to start fasting. The earlier you try this, the better off you are going to be. In today’s world, if you go against convention, you can almost guarantee health and longevity. It is the opposite of how it should be. Doctors are supposed to help us get better and not make us drug-addicted health disasters. Health starts with trusting the body to do its job of healing and repairing. You must let go of your regular diet to let the body rest and get better.

I really liked this audible and how clear it was for the everyday person. Not everyone wants to listen to a bunch of scientific studies and really, this has been around for centuries so do we really need new science on this? I also appreciate the way the author pointed out the safest way to water fast and to build up to the longer-term fasting. Good job!
