Very Helpful Book

I recommend it

Great Relief For Me

Very well written. The methods are very easy to follow. I feel the difference after trying them out. This is a great book for anyone who wants to relieve stress. Multiple meditations

This audio book has multiple meditations to use and choose from. The narrator did a great job. Her voice was very soothing to me. The background music was also enjoyable and soothing. I received this for free for an honest review.

Very Concise

I have meditated years ago and somehow fell out of the habit. I am wanting to encourage my wife to meditate and I wanted to renew my habit. This book is very well done and concise. It can be read very quickly to get a general idea about meditation and how simple it really is. This author keeps it pithy. Highly recommend this book to anyone interested in meditating. This was the book for me.

This was the book for me. While, yes, it has a lot of information that could be found online, I liked the presentation. It goes over the basics of meditation, suggestions on how to get started, and some nice inspirational quotes.
