This book is thorough and straightforward. The manner in which information is separated makes it easy to locate specific information. As a business consultant working with a client in construction for the 1st time, this book was heaven sent.

I was diagnosed with ADD in my mid 30s, after my 1st year of law school. Since being diagnosed, I’ve read/listened to many books on the subject. This book is one that I’ve put on my keeper list. I love the way the author organized the chapters. Each chapter addresses a question that we ADD minds ask or need to ask ourselves often.

The author is straight to the point with providing answers. He provides readers with technical answers along with real life solutions. Furthermore, he give suggested small steps to get you started, considering how easily we can procrastinate while overanalyzing our next step.

I purchased this book several weeks ago and find myself revisiting certain chapters regularly for reminders or just to get my feet out of the mud. It’s been a great help as I prepare for the Bar exam.

This is why I say this book is definitely a keeper. Thank you Dr. Sachs for your work.

I am glad I purchased this book. I truly benefited from listening to Peter breakdown how he manage days and recurring important events in his life. We all can use inspiration, but we also need books like this one to help with planning and application of knowledge learned about the ADD brain.

I am aware of the long road ahead with learning how to better function with ADD. This book has given me good ideas that I am currently attempting to incorporate in my daily habits.

Thank you Peter.
