Predictable and short. Likable characters but overall didn’t wow me. I’d pass if you want any mystery or an unusual plot line, this was too similar to others of this genre.

The male narrator for Drew almost ruined it

The story and female narrator were great. The male seemed like he hadn't read the rest of the book and took a sleazy approach to Drew's narration. I almost quit the book a few times because of how overly growly and icky his tone was. It sounded more like the narrative of a predator than a good guy. I feel cheated out of those sections of the book because the narrative was completely lost behind the horrible performance. I'd like to read those sections separately so I can hear Drew's internal dialogue without it being tainted by this narrator's inaccurate and overdramatized version.

I kept waiting for something to happen, then when it did, it wasn’t great. Very disappointing book.

Taking place in the historic, and creepy, setting of the ruins of an Irish island, this book will keep you interested and guessing throughout the story.
I love a book that captures me in the first few pages and keeps me turning until the end! I easily finished this book in three days.
The narrators are amazing, providing a clear delineation of the speakers’ voices. They were perfectly cast.
Highly recommend!

Brutally slow evolution with so much redundancy in stories. The narrator says the names of the characters who are talking so quietly and / or without enunciation, so I was constantly having to rewind to try to figure out who was saying what. The prose was clunky and not easy to follow, speeding past important details while including every brutal detail of unimportant pieces.

I made it three chapters before giving up the first time, 7 the second (after a friend told me to try again). I just couldn’t give this book one more minute of my time.

The Silent Sister is my favorite fiction audiobook. It is amazingly written with a tightly woven plot line and told by the PERFECT narrator for the story. I'd give 100 stars if I could.
