This is one of the original self-help books. Psycho Cybernetics helped me a lot as a teenager and at other turning points in my life. It's full of great information about how our minds work and why. But perhaps the best thing about the book is that it has a LOT of easy-to-understand practice tips so that anyone that wants to can change and improve by using these methods.

I loved it. This is a very short, concise, but informative book about walking. The benefits of walking are outlined and there are some very good walking programs that are suggested as well. It's a great little book for seniors. I also liked the narrator.
