Lacking substance. Unnecessary drag.
Reviewed: 07-15-24
This book is just 93-97% examples, many of them are not impactful and are explained in extremely unnecessary detail and length. Book has too much talk around his life during cancer and sadly it appears that the diagnosis really shook him so his overall tone in the book is not courageous. His first book "It takes what it takes", on the other hand, is a must listen.

2 things stood out for me and the first one that I've not heard in any other self development book
1) Treat triumph and defeat (imposters) the same way and the focus within a second on your task as that's what peak performers do.
2) Give your 100%, 100% of the time
