He was promised a life of wandering his new home and having adventures, but things got out of hand pretty quickly. He met with kings and gods, fought interdimensional cults, and got in a knife fight with the guy who creates universes. He didn't win. What he'd never done was roam around, having nice, sensible adventures. He hadn't even seen the hometown of his friends, and that had been the first destination on his list.

It’s more delivery work, but not the usual kind. You might even say that it’s out of this world. Oh well. Beggars can’t be choosers, and the pay is fantastic.

So interesting I had to finish it in 1 day

I like litrpg. it wasn't a favorite of mine but after certain stories I've learned to love it. I'm a game master at heart and see everything on the game level. this book is written so well that it incorporates the funny, the traumatic, the game, and an interesting twist along the way. the performance was very well done giving life to each character. I can't wait to listen to the next book. this one was so enthralling I literally had to finish it in one day. the characters are not what you expect in a hero, but then again he never said he was. it shows the depth of the characters we play and being that one sarcastic character in a game can change everything. those sarcasm is fun it also shows a good range in different emotions each character goes through. you're never overly bogged down with stats but it gives just enough for you to understand how the character evolves.

This series is utterly amazing. The voice actor is crucial in showing tone and the plot thickens with each book. Though there are very deep and tragic happenings, I can only imagine that the end will be glorious.

Amazing new way to see Fae

Loved the way they described fae. It's a new and interesting story. The actress was perfect and she did an excellent job with voices. My husband had to listen to it with me on a drive and when we got out he was like "don't finish it without me. Like don't go any further ok" First time ever he wanted to listen to a book cause he is a "hardcopy" guy.
