This wasn’t what I had anticipated. It wasn’t bad, just not what I had in mind.

A nicely written, and well researched peek into the extraordinary life of Houdini. His persistence in unmasking spiritual charlatans, while harboring the deep need to belive is beautifully illustrated.

H.P. Never disappoints! A well narrated excellent tale of suspense. The music in between chapters is an unnecessary distraction, but One can live with it.

Richard Armatige does a surprising Hercule Poriot. His voice is soothing, and flows well with this story.

Another win for Seth Grahame-Smith. His unique weaving of history and story bring The Three Wise Men alive in a daring new way. This tale pairs well with present wrapping and Yule log burning.

Beautifully written, and wonderfully presented. These stories have been added to my ‘Favourites’ collection. They are an absolute treat and pair well with a mug of hot chocolate.

Fantastic reading of Jules Verne’s classic ‘The Baltimore Gun Club’ or From The Earth to The Moon and Around The Moon. I have several editions of this book, and this one is going to be added to my favourites.

A moving and magical story that follows a house and family through time. I was unfamiliar with John Lee, and he did a fantastic job of narration. The beautiful story immediately captivated me, and I could not stop listening.
