Wonderful, gripping and a very fast paced turner! I enjoyed every single second. The plot is suspenseful, with twists and a story that builds up all together. The cast and background music is does well to add to the drama

Story
For all its successes, mainstream medicine has failed to make much progress against the diseases of ageing that kill most people: heart disease, cancer, Alzheimer's disease, and type 2 diabetes. Too often, it intervenes with treatments too late, prolonging lifespan at the expense of quality of life. Dr Peter Attia, the world's top longevity expert who is featured on Chris Hemsworth's National Geographic documentary Limitless, believes we must replace this outdated framework with a personalised, proactive strategy for longevity.

I enjoyed every minute of the listening. Breadth & depth of western protestantism and catholicism.
The author was clear and concise.
There were some concepts that were more technical and complex, and the author broke them down to very palatable pieces.
The enthusiasm and energy of the author regarding the subject matter made the reading very enjoyable

A revolutionary system to get one per cent better every day. People think when you want to change your life, you need to think big. But world-renowned habits expert James Clear has discovered another way. He knows that real change comes from the compound effect of hundreds of small decisions – doing two push-ups a day, waking up five minutes early, or holding a single short phone call. He calls them atomic habits.

An Overview of the First Half of Christian History

Easy To Listen, Informative & Balanced
Reviewed: 06-12-22
A riveting story of Christianity (& catholicism), in quite a balanced perspective.
It is quite comprehensive and the material quite vast (2000 yrs at least, of history, volume of which can be quite intimidating to any listener), but the author does a great job in presenting the subject matter in a manner that keeps the listener both engaged and not lost.
I felt that the narrator/author (former monk himself I believe) made fair attempt at being balanced.
The last lecture was the most enjoyable for me, as the author attempted at tying all the ends together, a befitting conclusion to a course well written.
Suggestions: The narrator can employ voice variation a little more to make the listening more enjoyable. I felt that though generally the listening is good & enjoyable, the narrator missed some opportunities to display excitement, disappointment etc via voice variation.

Whether taken as a book of faith or a cultural artifact, the New Testament is among the most significant writings the world has ever known, its web of meaning relied upon by virtually every major writer in the last 2,000 years. Yet the New Testament is not only one of Western civilization’s most believed books, but also one of its most widely disputed, often maligned, and least clearly understood, with a vast number of people unaware of how it was written and transmitted.

Pastor Mark Driscoll and his wife, Grace, talk about sex and marriage in down-to-earth terms, hitting issues other Christian books won't. While a wonderful wedding day is important, it's the last day of marriage that really counts. Will the last day of your marriage come prematurely through divorce? Will it be filled with regrets as you sit at the funeral of your spouse? Or, by God's grace, will the last day be a time to rejoice in the life you lived together?
