THE PHENOMENAL INTERNATIONAL BESTSELLER - 1 MILLION COPIES SOLD.

Transform your life with tiny changes in behaviour, starting now.

People think that when you want to change your life, you need to think big. But world-renowned habits expert James Clear has discovered another way. He knows that real change comes from the compound effect of hundreds of small decisions: doing two push-ups a day, waking up five minutes early, or holding a single short phone call.

He calls them atomic habits.

In this ground-breaking book, Clears reveals exactly how these minuscule changes can grow into such life-altering outcomes. He uncovers a handful of simple life hacks (the forgotten art of Habit Stacking, the unexpected power of the Two Minute Rule, or the trick to entering the Goldilocks Zone), and delves into cutting-edge psychology and neuroscience to explain why they matter. Along the way, he tells inspiring stories of Olympic gold medalists, leading CEOs, and distinguished scientists who have used the science of tiny habits to stay productive, motivated, and happy.

These small changes will have a revolutionary effect on your career, your relationships, and your life.

Editorial reviews

James Clear’s best seller Atomic Habits sets out to prove that improving your life doesn’t have to mean making enormous changes. You can make real, important changes with small alterations in your routine—waking up five minutes early, or doing two push-ups a day. In fact, Clear states that there are only 10 simple steps you need to take in order to create remarkable change in your life.

Clear himself narrates the book and as a frequent podcaster and a guest on countless talk shows, his compelling voice makes his life lessons easy to digest. The tips and methods you’ll hear are paired with real life stories of Olympic athletes, business bigwigs and leading scientists, demonstrating how Clear’s advice has been put into action by real people — and how you can apply these methods to improve your own day-to-day.

Having read multiple books on productivity and habit formation, Atomic Habits came across as a practical, easy to implement toolkit.

The approach the author takes to build up on each step of habit formation takes the reader to depth gradually. Summaries at the end of each chapter makes it easy for later referencing.

Overall this is a great book to start off your productivity course correction.

Happy reading!

This by far the best book I read related to creating new forms of productive habit loops and debunking unproductive habit loops. The author place out a well defined system in place for readers to clearly understand the processes involved in creating new productive habits and most importantly sticking with them.

This will be that one book I recommend for everyone to read.

Greatest book I read about productivity
