Great continuation of the Longmire saga

As always, Craig Johnson entertains, while he educates, and keeps the reader guessing. I was getting a bit concerned during one section, but who else would come up with a coal cart as a defensive weapon? Perfect for listening while doing long, tedious tasks, so you can get them done while being entertained well!

Edgar-award winning author Dana Stabenow is best known for her Kate Shugak novels, but the unifying protagonist of almost all her writing - be it crime, fantasy, horror, or science fiction - is Alaska. This genre-spanning collection of 16 short stories features familiar characters like Kate and Jim, Liam and Wy, and Bill and Moses, but also ranges farther afield than many listeners will expect.

What a joy! Aside from the amazing writing we’ve all come to know and love, the variety of subjects, the humor, the reality, the shared information is worth every second spent.

This could have been a helpful book for those suffering from myalgic encephalomyelitis, instead it comes across more as bemoaning his lack of sex life. The few nuggets of helpful information aren’t worth the listen

Suspense? Check. Humor? Check? Fast moving story with more plot twists than a circular staircase? Check! As Walt is trying to get to Philadelphia for the birth of his granddaughter, a coal train or four gets in his way, and it goes from there. Enjoy!
