If you need an alternative to a gym membership. If you want to get more fit in the comfort of your home this is a great resource!
Shows a ton of stretches that will improve flexibility and strengthen your core. Leads you through the stretches from beginners to advanced.
I listened to the audio version and had the PDF as a reference. I certainly wasn’t able to complete the book in one session but that just says something about my fitness level! I like that I can go back to this at my own pace.

Great book. For a short listen there is a wealth of information about narcissism, understanding how you are effected by a narcissist and moving on from that abusive relationship. Readers/listeners who never suspected they were victims of a narcissistic relationship will learn things about themselves.

For a short, one sitting book you will not be disappointed with the amount of information the author has packed in. The various business platforms used today are explained and backed up with examples. If you are starting a business or currently running one there will be helpful information and ideas in this book. The author did a great job narrating the audio book himself.

This book is a marketing study about potentially expanding the market for an alcoholic beverage into the United Kingdom. Lots of great details.....even though its not what I do, I felt I was able to learn a lot about how a company would go about looking into new markets and the viability of pursuing them.
I was offered a free copy in exchange for my honest review and must say I was pleasantly surprised! I really got into this book. Narration was good considering its a dry topic!

This was an entertaining listen which came as somewhat of a surprise. I was expecting a deep philosophical story that might lull me to sleep. It was however an entertaining listen that had me thinking and placing myself in the situations as well as trying to apply the examples to my life.
I believe anyone who listens openly will find some helpful information for self improvement.
The author did a nice job narrating his book.

A great bundle. The two books give a lot of information on how companies are built in this age.Different ways they generate revenue and collect information about potential clients.
A great resource to anyone thinking about starting a new business. There is a lot of information in these two books. I will be going through them again and am sure i will pick up things i missed. Narration was clear and well paced.
