Full of Information
For a short, one sitting book you will not be disappointed with the amount of information the author has packed in. The various business platforms used today are explained and backed up with examples. If you are starting a business or currently running one there will be helpful information and ideas in this book. The author did a great job narrating the audio book himself.

Bazinga
J. H. Pii does a great job again with this short book which is jam-packed with useful information. I like that he does not regurgitate the same information found in other books. This book provided explanations of various platforms in a succinct manor. I learned a few things and that is always a win in my eyes. This book was a fun listen and I would recommend it to anyone. The author did a good job with the narration as well. I was sucked in and listened to this short book in one sitting. Do yourself a favor and grab this book.
Disclaimer: My enjoyment of the narrator is based on my listening speed. I only leave 5 stars for books I've listened to or will listen to multiple times.

Great business plan book
The book gives historical knowledge of business models. I am glad I found this book before I run any start -up business so I dont miss anything important and understand what should we do when we dont have a lot of fund at the beginning. A lot of platforms that every entrepreneur must know are described in this book very well

I learned a lot about trending technology platforms and how their business models words. I found these platforms to be very useful to know more about my customers and market trends, I think you do not need to create new platforms or to fight with them. You can use them on your benefit to grow your business and your customer list.

High level information !
This audiobook is perfect for entrepreneurs new to or interested in the platform business model.
The information provided are really good (comparable to a class or training level - in my opinion), very well explained, very detailed, and backed up with tons of examples from big companies (Netflix, Amazon, Disney +, Uber, ...)
Definitely worth the listening !

Very Informative & Comprehensive for the Beginner
The authors of a Beginner’s Guide to the Platform Business Model have done a fine job of compiling a historical and contemporary introduction to this topic. Even for those not inclined to create their own platform for launching their business, knowing this information as a consumer is a good idea. It helps one to understand, for example, why certain apps and services are unavailable one one platform and available on another platform (ie Netflix vs Amazon, Apple IOS vs Android). For those looking to create a startup that operates on a platform, this introductory guide will serve as an important resource for getting started.
While I am not personally interested in this topic, the author’s engaging way of using layman’s terms in defining these complex ideas helped to pull me into the topic and create interest.
The narrator, I thought, was okay. He spoke a little too slow for my listening preference. But when I sped up the audio, the narrator was far more engaging.
