Story
All My Knotted-Up Life is a beautifully crafted portrait of resilience and survival, a poignant reminder of God’s enduring faithfulness, and proof positive that if we ever truly took the time to hear people’s full stories . . . we’d all walk around slack-jawed.

Beth Moores memoir shows how little we may know about public figures. She is candid about her and his husbands struggles over the years. Her handling of her falling out right the SBC is careful but ultimately passionate about how some betrayed her snd Jesus. I'm grateful for the hopeful note it ended on.

Story
Striving for beauty, art also reveals what is broken. It presents us with the tremendous struggles and longings common to the human experience. And it says a lot about our Creator too. Great works of art can speak to the soul in a unique way. Rembrandt Is in the Wind is an invitation to discover some of the world's most celebrated artists and works and how each of them illuminates something about God, people, and the purpose of life. Part art history, part biblical study, part philosophy, and part analysis of the human experience, this book is nonetheless all story.

So thoughtful.

Ramsey skillfully explores his passion for art with the heart of a pastor. Familiar artists are brought to life I with thoughtful stories of their skills and flaws. Engrossing snd edifying.
