Straight to the Point

I liked this book it was straight to the point with good quotes and references. I especially like the posed questions at the end of each chapter to self evaluate and action tips to get you moving in the right direction. Definitely worth the 2hrs or listening. I shared this book with 3 other ppl.

Great logical progression on how broke People Thin

Great story on the way broke people tend to think about business and how many of the same people think about living in what they have. It uses past and techniques to avoid building massive amounts of debt trying to impress other broke people.
My biggest take away wealth is a mindset; you earn and you save a portion of the money you earned either through work or a side job and patiently wait until retirement to use towards emergencies that may come, si you can have quick access to your money in an emergency. Right along with paying down debt, be sure to establish an emergency fund, which you can use for a bonafide emergency, not for a trip, those nice sneakers or a new dress. This book shares the smart ways to start and become a good personal money manager.

Great tips

I really enjoyed this one... some great ideas/tips in here. A lot of it is common sense stuff but sometimes it helps hearing the obvious ha.

Be aware that there are some production issues (audio quality varies between chapters- it’s obviously self-produced) but I was able to overlook that, and I would recommend this book to others looking to get themselves headed in the right direction financially. I will be looking to see if this guy has other books too...

Great reminders for managing your money

I thought the author did a great job of researching and writing this book. It is packed with sayings, reminders, and full instructions. Even if you just want to live within your means and get/stay out of debt, the author helps you understand exactly how to do that.

I would not recommend the audio-version of this book. The narrator has a deep accent which makes it often difficult to understand what he is saying. Good information is lost because of his manner of speaking. The author should not use this narrator for his audio books. And, I suggest the narrator stop and spend the time necessary to learn to read with a neutral accent, otherwise he decreases the value of whatever book he is narrating. For now, I won’t purchase any other book narrated by this narrator.
The content of this book is highly useful for most people. And, if not for the narrator, I would have given this book 5 stars.

Lacks Professional Narrator

Lack of Professional Narrator is not a good look or feel. This is not recommended compared to similar books.
