Did not work for me
I filled in the star ratings only because I had to to proceed with the review. Given the nature of this recording, the normal audiobook criteria do not apply. There is no story. There's no performance in the sense of a dramatic reading. One does not listen to be entertained. Thus, I judge this recording based on how it affected me. Did it lessen my driving anxiety? Did it make me a more confident driver? No and no. Not even an iota. It wasn't worth even the few bucks it cost. (Whereas YouTube videos targeted to fearful drivers have had some benefit.)
