About this listen

You may be shocked to hear this, but fear of driving is very common. You are most certainly not alone; many people avoid driving altogether because they find it too stressful.

All self-limiting beliefs, phobias, and bad habits are simply bad programs buried in the subconscious area of the mind. Willpower is entirely ineffective in dealing with these issues because you are prevented from accessing the source of the problem.

Craig Beck is a master hypnotist with 20 years of experience and is also a respected timeline therapist and NLP master practitioner. He understands what makes people tick and, more importantly, how to access and remove the erroneous programs that cause us problems in everyday life.

Designed to quickly help you reduce and remove the overpowering fear of driving, use this powerful and proven hypnosis program to help with driving phobia.

  • Unique speed hypnosis technique for rapid results
  • Easy to use on any device, including smartphones
  • Rapidly reduce the fear of driving
  • A highly effective solution to severe driving anxiety problems
  • Replace your self-doubt with a new constructive habit

you're guided through a pleasant story unique to your imagination about driving and its a wonderful experience. i will listen to this multiple times. i hope it helps me with my fear but even if it doesn't solve the issue is a nice way to imagine driving.

he does address having a DL and i wish it was more accommodating for ppl still learning to drive as well. Also when he counts you out at the end its over and it feels abrupt. i would've really loved a concluding section after the end of the hypnosis session.

overall super happy with this purchase and am in love with the relaxation aspect of hypnosis

Very relaxing and peaceful experience

The meditation is great and relaxing, however, toward the end, the uncertainty about when the relaxing meditation music is going to abruptly change to the loud self-promotion gives me anxiety. And I’m not able to finish out the meditation. There is an end of chapter timer, however it still goes partially into the next chapter before stopping. It has loud storm sounds with a booming voice of self-promotion.

Goes straight from peaceful meditation into loud self-promotion

I still have bits and pieces of leftover fear, but overall I feel a lot better about driving. I don't feel that horrible sinking feeling when my boss asks me to drive somewhere to run an errand - I just jump in my car and go.

it actually seemed to work

I’ve had debilitating anxiety every time I get behind the wheel for the last year or two, and I play this before I have to go anywhere. I feel like it’s helping me make positive progress.

This has been extremely helpful

The hypnosis part is good. Beck is obviously a professional who knows how to use his voice and put together a pleasant track. There's quite a bit of self-praise in the introductory section, which is acceptable as it can be skipped once you learn which part is the track itself. However, following the hypnosis and a very brief pause, Beck goes on to promote a completely different program in an upbeat, enthusiastic voice that is loud and jarring. This promotion left me feeling betrayed and taken advantage of as I was just waking up from a delicate state of mind. I regret this purchase and am not likely to listen to it again.
