Tessa established a life coaching practice in 1996, when life coaching was in its infancy. #2: Tapping statements must be stated in a language that the subconscious understands to eliminate limiting beliefs and painful emotions. The way we phrase the tapping statement is critical.

#3: The most effective style of tapping is utilized (same statement vs script tapping). What is the objective of the tapping? Letting go of a hurtful event or the limiting beliefs that led up to the hurtful event?
