Have you tried tapping and it didn’t work for you? Healing isn’t about alleviating the symptoms. It about healing the cause. Tapping is a fantastic tool when we address the cause and not just the symptoms. Symptoms are easy to identify, identifying the cause may not be. Healing the symptoms does not heal the underlining cause.
We are complex, complicated beings wrapped up with lots of history, traumas, dramas, and experiences. Sometimes finding the cause is like walking through a maze...lot of dead ends, turns, and wanderings.
