So great to listen to and so relaxing
I have had a lot of changes to think about and these affirmations were great for me even just generally outside of a relationship break-up.
I loved the narration of this book and the way the time is given to not just repeat the affirmation but to listen and think about them. The background music was so soothing too - it all comes together so well that the affirmations seem so much easier. I also liked the passive affirming approach for nighttime - I really did feel much better.

Fall asleep peacefully
If you're anything like me, the time to dwell on things (like the end of a relationship) is at bedtime, unfortunately. And I may not have gone through a divorce, but the end of a long-term relationship can still be extremely difficult. I started listening to this audiobook before bed as I'm falling asleep. At a minimum, I hoped that it would prevent me from the negative thoughts, but it did much more. It helped me move on with peace! I even listen to it sometimes first thing in the morning when I'm not ready to get out of bed yet. Wonderful narration and music! A+

Deeply relaxing considering my circumstances
This is a really peaceful affirmation audio on multiple levels. I was quite surprised how at peace I am given the fact that my marriage has come to an unexpected end. I have tried meditating without words in the past but I would find unhelpful thoughts cropping up.
This audiobook has given me very purposeful affirmations and although I don't repeat them, just hearing them makes me feel more at peace and confident about my future.
