Good Start, Weak Conclusion

Listen to the first half of this book for a wonderful, brief history of Philosophy and how the field grew from the ancient Greeks through the influence of Christianity into the more modern schools of thought. Then, feel free to skip the last part where the author seems to forget his thesis to present a history of thought and instead give his opinions and dismisses entire religions and schools of Philosophy with a few straw man arguments. Great beginning…disappointing ending.
