Lady Eliza Sumner is on a mission. After losing her family, her fiance, and her faith, the disappearance of her fortune is the last straw. I love the quirky, spunky, and humorous nature of the characters. Perfectly executed in my humble opinion. It is definitely worth it! As for the low ratings stating this is “too religious” the author is KNOWN as a Christian author. If you don’t want to read a book that mentions God, don’t read Christian authors then leave a bad review for being just that. You wouldn’t read a book on oceans and leave a review that says, “it has too much about water.” 🤪
I felt this was a VERY relatable story. You could see these issues arise in one’s life and handle them the same way. GREAT JOB!

I enjoyed this book. Although some of the storyline was similar to the last book I listened to from this author. This story still made me laugh and kept my interest. Looking forward to more from this author.

I have enjoyed all of Jen Turano's books so it's no surprise that I loved the audio version of A Change of Fortune. However, the narrator is SO EXCELLENT that it made this one of my favorite listens this year! Highly recommend if you are looking for a great story and plenty of laughs!

I liked this audiobook very much, and at times laughed out loud when enjoying the humor. Justine Eyre does a fantastic job with the performance of this entertaining romance novel. Loved it!

Jen Turano knows how to write books with a compelling plot, both suspense and tenderness, and laugh out loud moments of humor. Good clean fun. And the narrator did an AMAZING job with all the voices.
