Listening to the book and you'll scream NO....

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would recommend the book as the book is well written and tends to have you guessing as to what will happen next

What was one of the most memorable moments of A King's Ransom?

When Eramus finally showed emotion at the lost of friend Mr. Mcintier

Which character – as performed by David Pittu – was your favorite?

Dan has become my favorite, he is now torn between doing what is right and what needs to be done. With the formula of the serum in his head he slowly collects the parts needed to reform the serum. But he is also struggling how to let the family know it needs to used.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The loss of William Mcintier

Any additional comments?

When the story ended I actually yelled out "NO" because it ended in a cliff hanger that the others books did not give. This is the first of the series to do that and I LOVE IT!!!! I am ready for the next book in the series.

Not just for young adults!

I began listening to this series when my friends little boy asked me to follow along with him. This last installment did not disappoint although familiarity may breed a bit of contempt as we expect every book to be as good or better than the last. This comes close. You definitely need to follow this series in order. All in all, a good but quick listen.

Vesper 1 still has them

Because of Vesper 1, Dan and Amy are now known as international art thieves, still running around the world following the clues that are given to them by Vesper 1 who still has their family members. They are extra more cautious now when they are traveling around the world because the police have alerts out for Dan and Amy all around the world. In this book Dan and Amy need assistance from individuals that are not part of the family but somehow have ties to the Cahill family life but will it be easy to make allies with outsiders, at the same time they have a new set of enemies who are after them trying to get the map this time. While Dan and Amy are on the run the rest of the family is trying to still figure out who is Vesper 1 and where does he have his hostages.
