We are able to be shaped

We are able to trick the mind. We are able to make it do things outside of our conditioning if that's what we wish to train it. That's how people walk on fire. That's how you can improve your memory with J J Hills. Love it.

I tried this program a couple of times, and each time I've noticed a shift in how I process things I intentionally want to remember. Helps when I need to recall those things.

Interesting listen, I'm intrigued

I enjoyed this listen, felt a higher awareness for my mental processes, which I appreciate. Would love to see the long term effects of being more aware and alert about my thought process and memory techniques.

not a good reader.

these 10 min things do NOT hypnotize you at all. it is just this guy telling you that this book is good.... waste of time and money. they chose a horrible reader for this book, his voice is no where near soothing or hypnotic!
