I enjoy listening to the affirmations (chapters 6-15) when I start the morning and during my morning workout. They are definitely good ingredients to start my day.

I just started listening to then subliminal affirmations (chapter 16-23) during sleep but they seem to help me start my day with a little more vigor.

I haven't taken the time to use the hypnosis sessions (chapters 1-5) but will soon give them a try and I would expect they'll work just as well as my experience with the other methods.

My audible library has many NLP, hypnosis and meditation titles and this would be one title that I highly recommend among many I have experienced.

I like how I feel after listening to this. Took a few times. I found the best time to listen was in the morning for me, and then I felt sharper through the day... aware of my thinking process. More aware of my memory retention and being more deliberate about it.

Jasmine's hypnosis plus the narration really does it for me. It's something very clever, gets you to kind of have something click in your head and you just feel more capable and remember that you are capable of remembering way more than you realized.

This is an interesting listen. Didn't know if I would like it at first but it grew on me. I like the idea of self hypnosis, controlling your own thoughts. Deciding your own path and sparking thoughts that serve the path.
