Eye-opening book

I did not realize how much my childhood is still affecting me until I started listening to this book.

It helped me see the patterns I have been stuck in and game real tools to start changing them. Great resource for kids of toxic parents!

As an adult with 1 very toxic and 1 slightly toxic parent, this book hit very close to home and was very personal to me. I've struggled for years trying to maintain a healthy balance of having a relationship with my parents while maintaining my own peace of mind.
