If the melt-down, flood, plague, the third World War, new Ice Age, Rapture, alien invasion, clamp-down, meteor, or something else entirely hit today, what would tomorrow look like? Some of the biggest names in YA and adult literature answer that very question in this short story anthology, each story exploring the lives of teen protagonists raised in catastrophe's wake - whether set in the years soon after the change, or in decades far in the future. New York Times best-selling authors Gregory Maguire, Garth Nix, Susan Beth Pfeffer, Carrie Ryan, Beth Revis, and Jane Yolen are among the many popular and award-winning storytellers lending their talents to this original and spellbinding anthology.

so far, i have enoyed all of the stories except chapter 8 (it appears dysynced or something) and the one where it is in british near the beginning (i skipped as the narration was cringy).
Favorites so far were "The Valedictorian" and "After the Cure." both of these need full fledge books written for them.
The story about the elders also needed some editing as the ending made zero sense. not the narrators fault, but the writer.
most stories are excellent, narrator is great
