Joan Greenwood’s voice, even reading a phone book, is so pleasant. Terrific cast and editing.

Joan Greenwood is a goddess

This will always be one of my favorite stories. Overall the audio, the effects & narrarators were good..with only one exception..I just think Alices's voice should've been a younger one. Joan Greenwood (Alice) sounds just like Bette Davis! Whom I ADORE by the way..but DEF NOT for the voice of Alice.

Good Classic

Where does Alice In Wonderland rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

But this is because I ADORED listening to this as a child. When I read Alice, these are voices I hear. I was culling my possessions the other day and even though I no longer have a record player these days, I was reluctant to chuck the records, so I was DELIGHTED to find them on line. Now I just want a copy of The Snow Goose by Herbert Marshall and Joan Loring and I'll be replete.
